About Cheyenne Wing

Cheyenne Wing is a PhD candidate in computational linguistics. Additionally, she holds an MS in Human Language Technologies and an MA in Native American Languages and Linguistics.

Before pursuing a PhD at UA, Cheyenne researched NLP for low-resource languages at the Language Technologies Institute at CMU. She has been awarded a number of grants and fellowships and is currently funded by the NSF Graduate Research Fellowship Program.

Research Interests

Natural language processing for low-resource languages, K'iche' language resources, Human Language Technology, Native American language revitalization, Tohono O'odham grammar.
