About Gaby Gabriela Vargas Melgarejo
I am from Cochabamba, Bolivia. I was a student in the NAMA program from 2020-2021. I am now a first-year Ph.D. student in the Department of Linguistics. I am passionate about my mother tongue, Quechua. I am interested in participating in projects for the maintenance, documentation, revitalization and development of educational material for Quechua or any other indigenous language. I would like to work training the speakers themselves in linguistics so that they lead future works.
