Congratulations to the following award winners this semester.

Shannon Grippando won three. They are: Graduate and Professional Student Council Travel Grant ($750), Social and Behavioral Sciences Research Institue Dissertation Grant ($2,000) and Social and Behavioral Sciences Summer Dissertation Fellowship (5,000)

Bill Cotter was recently awarded a Student Fulbright Research Grant from the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the U.S Department of State to conduct his dissertation fieldwork in Amman, Jordan. In addition, he was awrded a Dissertation Grant from the Social Sciences Research Institute (SBSRI) at the UA to further support of his dissertation research.

Colleen Patton was awarded and SBS Dissertation Fellowship, a $5000 award from the College of SBS to expedite time to degree for students.
