Linguistics at Yume Japanese Gardens

Hello! This News entry is late in the coming, but on March 17th, the Linguistics Department hosted a retirement party for one of our faculty, Professor Diana Archangeli. It was our special privilege and honor to wish her the best in retirement. Her work has had lasting impact on the field, within the University of Arizona, and reverberates and lives on through us. It was an incredible time, and though marked with some sadness to see her go, it was more characterized by the joy of our having known her, and worked alongside her whether that was for a brief moment, or many long years. We wish you the best in all your future endeavors Diana!
