William Cotter awarded two grants for fieldwork and conference travel

William Cotter, PhD candidate in the Joint Anthropology and Linguistics degree program (ANLI), was recently awarded two grants to help fund summer fieldwork and conference travel expenses. William was awarded $1200 from the School of Anthropology’s Traditions, Transitions, and Treasures Fund to help cover travel costs associated with presenting at the 11th meeting of the International Association of Arabic Dialectology in Bucharest, Romania in May and at the Forum for Arabic Linguistics meeting to be held in Colchester, United Kingdom in July.
