For WCCFL29 participants:

The Hotel Arizona is to take reservations for WCCFL 29 Conference for April 21st to April 25th. $89.99/ per night + tax (includes a hot breakfast, free wireless internet, and free hotel parking).

The hotel will provide 2 shuttle runs in the morning and 2 shuttle runs in the evening between the hotel and the University of Arizona. When you make a reservation, please be sure to mention you are participating in the WCCFL 29 Conference.

The hotel's toll free reservation number is 1-800-845-4596. The cut-off date for making reservations here will be April 8.

 

Transportation from the Hotel Arizona to campus:

SunTran public buses run from the area of the hotel to the University of Arizona every 30 minutes on weekdays, 5 am to midnight, and on weekends from 6am to 8 pm. The four bus lines that will take you to the campus area are Routes 1, 4, 6, and 9. Of these, #4 is preferable, as it takes you closest to the conference location (at the Speeday and Highland stop), and it runs every half hour on weekends.

Routes 1,4 and 9 stop on Stone and Alameda, which is the closest bus stop to the hotel. All four routes also stop at the Ronstadt transportatin center at Congress and 6th street, which is slightly further away.

Transportation from the airport to hotel and downtown:

The #6 bus goes between the airport and the Ronstadt transportation center downtown.
